Companion Industries specializes in low, medium and high volume precision metal stampings. Companion Industries
has the press capacity that ranges from 5 tons through 150 tons. Companion Industries capabilities include
prototypes, secondary operations, four-slides, multi-slides and assembly work. Companion Industries is a
designer and builder of power press blanking dies. Companion Industries is also a designer and builder of four-slide
and multi-slide tooling, jigs, fixtures, general tooling, gages and replacement components for dies and other tooling.
This includes repairing and restoration of dies. Companion Industries is equipped with Hewlett Packard ME10 and
Auto CAD 2002 design systems, conventional, and Wire EDM equipment. Companion Industries offers jig grinding
services as well. Companion Industries is an SPC, TQM and ISO 9001:2000 certified company.
Metal Stamping Services
Companion Industries provides world class metal stampings, tooling and progressive dies to global customers. Production metal stamping services include Straight Side auto press up to 150 tons .250 thick x 6" wide material, C-Frame press up to 60 tons, and high speed 75 ton Bruderer press. Wire EDM and CNC Machining Services
Wire EDM technology has completely changed the Tool and Die industry. Companion Industries Wire EDM machining services include 4 Axes Wire EDM up to 27.5" x 15.7" x 15.7" high work piece. Individual component or production wire cutting services are available. EDM Drilling is also available up to 2.4mm (.100) diameter. Companion Industries equipment list includes Charmill and Brothers Wire EDM machines. Precision CNC metal cutting machines are available to manufacture punches and dies to the closest tolerances in any shape.
